The design of the barge made use of the evolution of stair as the design approach. With different layering of planes which fits human ergonomics, the stairs formed does not only provide circulation, but also forming different spaces that allow users to explore. Supported by columns of different heights, by far the structure seems invisible. Planes are then “floating”, forming an interesting composition, especially at night with lightings on.
