This is a tailor’s workshop in Central. Mr. Luk, the owner, is sixty-five years old and has run his own business for over fifty years. The design and function of his workshop are of his own ideas, and was constructed by him and his friends back in the 1960s.

 

The project aims to explore the relationship between human ergonomics and the furniture in terms of location, size, history, transformation, user position, item distribution, objects, and materiality.
